Teva Toachi Sandal (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid): solid sandal

After returning a new pair of Keen Newport H2 sandals that I bought from LL Bean (velcro separated from strap w/i days), I decided to see what Teva had to offer in a closed toe sandal. I loved the closed toe feature of the Keen Newport H2 because it keeps my kid's fee much cleaner and it's safer when they are climbing on rocks at the beach. Although Teva's Toachi isn't a completely closed toe shoe, it did the trick nicely. My 8 yr old son put them to the test at Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom & Universal Studios. No matter what the event, his Teva Toachi sandals were up for the task. They never bothered his feet. They got soaked and dried 20 times over the period of 10 days. They held up nicely, as they should for the price! I don't mind paying a little more if I get my money's worth. I would recommend these sandal especially for boys who play hard outdoors.

Your little one may be going places but her shoe should stay in place. There are no worries with this sporty sandal. Little feet will love Teva's patented Universal Strapping System, adjustable Velcro straps that not only hold the foot securely but allow for a perfect fit. The neoprene lining won't chafe, the rubber toe will prevent stubbing, and the molded rubber sole will provide loads of traction on wet or dry surfaces.

The Toachi 2 is an across the board improvement over our ever-popular Open Toachi sport sandal. Lighter, leaner and more streamlined, the Toachi 2 does not compromise when it comes to performance. A Shoc Pad™ in the heel reduces fatigue, while a full-length TPU shank wraps up into the upper to keep your foot steady as you explore the world.
